As an Industrial Automation Engineer, I design scalable and maintenance-friendly automation solutions for thermoforming machinery and industrial production processes. In my career at GT Form Makina, I lead projects that enhance production line efficiency and reliability using the Omron industrial automation ecosystem.

Key Projects and Responsibilities:

  • Motion Control Systems: Integration of Omron NJ-series PLCs with servo motors (G5/1S) and inverters (M1/MX2) for high-precision operations in thermoforming machines.
  • Safety Programming: Certified safety solutions using SL3300 and G9SP safety controllers to ensure operator safety in production equipment.
  • Operator Interfaces: Custom HMI development with Omron NS, NB, and NA series for real-time production monitoring.
  • Team Leadership: Enhancing engineering team competencies, delivering client-specific solutions, and managing on-site commissioning and post-sales technical support.

Technical Expertise

  • PLC & Motion Control:
    • Omron NJ/NX-series PLC programming (ladder logic & structured text).
    • Servo system optimization (G5/1S drives) and EtherCAT communication protocols.
    • Implementation of Synchronous Motion Software to ensure machine motion synchronization and optimize production speed.
  • Safety Systems:
    • ISO 13849 and IEC 62061-compliant SL3300/G9SP safety programming.
